Fortell Games, Inc licenses and operates Blocksworld, Enigmo series, Holotanks, StarDrone: Sling Star, #KILLALLZOMBIES, DreamBreak, SwarmFleet , Warshift 2 (Machines of Madness) games as Commercial applications across various gaming platforms (PC, VR, consoles, mobile). This SERVICE is provided by Fortell Games, Inc, US corporation and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

NFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, or other contact information to play our games. However, our games automatically collect certain data through the third-party services listed below:

  • Device and technical data: device type and model, operating system version, app version, language settings, and IP address. IP addresses are processed transiently by our service providers for connectivity and coarse region detection and are not used by us to identify you.

  • Identifiers: a randomly generated, pseudonymous player/installation ID created by our service providers (e.g., Unity Analytics, LootLocker). This ID is not linked to your real-world identity.

  • Gameplay and usage data: session length, features used, in-game events, and progression, used to understand how our games are played and to improve them.

  • Crash and diagnostic data: error logs, crash reports, and performance data (e.g., frame rate, memory usage), used to identify and fix bugs.


Purposes. We process this data to: (a) operate the game and its online features (e.g., accounts, saved content); (b) fix crashes and technical issues; (c) analyze aggregate usage to improve our games. We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to identify you personally.

Some games may feature a local level editor, which will add your username as the author to any levels you create. However, these levels are only stored locally on your device and are never shared with us or someone else directly unless played co-located (in same room).

SECURITY - We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.


CHILDREN'S PRIVACY - We are taking children privacy very seriously and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
